Restorative Practice

When destructive conflict has resulted in broken relationships and the experience of harm, restorative dialogues provide opportunities to transform conflict into growth for all.

Through the use of restorative practices and open, honest conversations, those in conflict can reach a place where differences are respected, conflict is experienced as an opportunity for creative transformation, relationships are restored and parties are able to move forward.

Restorative Dialogues are particularly helpful within faith groups experiencing conflict, in work places where conflict has become a debilitating force that decreases productivity and morale, and in families where communication patterns are destructive and the family unit is fragmented.
